Buying Tickets:

You pay for your tickets by bank card or authorised pay-points.
When you purchase tickets, electronic tickets will be delivered to the email address you have entered during the buying process.
Wait for 10mins after purchase and check your junk/bulk/promotions mail as sometimes notification emails get delivered to these folders. If you still have not received your tickets, please contact us.
Please contact us and we will be able to assist with correcting your email address.
No, you do not need to print your electronic tickets. You can show your tickets on your mobile device, however printing out your tickets will ensure you don’t need to have a charged phone.
Unfortunately, you cannot select seats for now.
Unfortunately, event tickets are not refundable except the event has been cancelled. When an event is cancelled, your payment will be returned to the originating card.
Your funds will be fully refunded to you.
Tickets are validated by our scanner apps (IOS and Android), which check that your tickets are authentic and have not been used.
